When you submit an estimate request or contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, vehicle details, and the description of your repair needs. If you arrive from an advertisement or search engine, we also record how you found us — such as the search term, advertisement, or campaign that brought you here, and the click identifier Google attaches to ad links.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you, assess your vehicle, and prepare your quote. We use the source information (campaign, search term, click identifier) to measure which of our own marketing brings in enquiries, so we can spend our advertising budget responsibly.

Who receives it

Your form details are stored securely in our website database and are visible to Mega Body Auto staff only. Measurement data — page visits, form submissions, and advertising click identifiers — is shared with Google through Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager for the purposes of measurement and advertising optimisation. We do not sell your information to anyone.

WhatsApp and phone contact

When you submit a request, we may continue the conversation on WhatsApp or by phone at the number you provided, using your preferred contact method. WhatsApp messages are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to ours.

Retention

We keep estimate requests and contact details only as long as needed to serve you and to keep accurate business records, after which they are deleted.

Your choices
